High-accuracy terrestrial LiDAR scanning creates a dense, measurable record of existing conditions. We capture geometry quickly and comprehensively, reducing reliance on manual field measurements and return trips.
Individual scans are aligned, cleaned, and combined into a coordinated 3D point cloud that can be measured, viewed, and used as the foundation for design, documentation, and coordination.
We translate scan data into accurate Autodesk Revit models built around the needs of your project. Model only what matters, at the level of detail your team actually needs.
Need conventional deliverables? We produce dimensioned existing-condition plans, elevations, sections, and other documentation in PDF and CAD formats using the point cloud as the measured basis.
Photographic imagery captured alongside the scan provides an easy way to revisit the site remotely, verify visual conditions, and give the entire project team additional context.
Document framing, structure, MEP systems, underground work, and other conditions before they are concealed. The resulting record can support coordination, verification, and future renovation work.
